TASTING NOTES

LUX RESERVE Sauvignon Blanc
TASTING NOTES
LUX: a measure of the intensity of light as perceived by the human eye.
2019 is a singular vintage. Cool growing temperatures led to a fabulously aromatic wine. This vineyard issues up aromas of lemon, starfruit and clover enveloping structured minerality. While I advocate for the depth of fruit typically found in our Northwest vineyards, this vintage is more refined, lighter and lithe and benefits from drinking at the ideal 55 degree temperature.
I feel angels smile.
