Gamay Noir is a lesser-known varietal outside of France that requires just the right microclimate, which we have found at Skyline Vineyard. Skyline's high elevation creates a cooler site, delivering delicate tannins and a silky, smooth mouthfeel along with vibrant expressions of youthful fruit, reminiscent of bright crushed strawberries and raspberries as well as deep floral notes of lilac and violets. Pair with animal, vegetable, mineral - roast turkey, salmon, lamb.
