Viola Rosé

 

Our Viola Rosé is a blend of Gamay Noir and Cabernet Franc. We were smitten by the aromatics of this Loire-styled Rose'.  A lovely, round mouthfeel with great acidity and flavors of bright crushed strawberries combine with floral notes of peony and violets. Viola is fine company for a cheese board, smoked trout or a warm evening on the dock. Enjoy!
